Please click “Forgot password?” at the bottom left of the login screen, use your original registered email for inquiry, and the password reset letter will be sent to your email. After you receive the reset letter, click the link in the email to reset the password.
If you encounter this problem, please click “Forget Password?” at the bottom left of the login screen again to reset the password.
When you register for an account, each account is unique, Datavideo Academy can track and help your personal learning records for you.
If you want to modify the information in the account, please click on the avatar in the upper right corner after logging in, enter [Profile] , then click [Edit] under the avatar. After entering the page, you can modify your username, password or other information.
If you cannot receive the confirmation letter sent by the system or the instructor, please check the following:
- Check the junk mail folder to see if the letter is in it. If the letter is in the junk mail folder, please set it as non-spam.
- If you do not find the letter in the junk mail folder, we suggest that you try to register with another email, or contact us for help.
Open the homepage of Datavideo Academy, click “Register” in the upper right corner, enter the username, email address, password and other information to complete the registration. You can also use Facebook or Google account as Datavideo Academy account as well.
After registration, you will receive a confirmation mail in your mailbox. If you have not received the confirmation email after a few hours, please look for it in the junk mail. If you still cannot find it, please contact us for help.
