The PTC-205 is Datavideo’s 4K AI PTZ camera. Let’s start by taking a look at the physical design of the PTC-205.

The PTC-205 is equipped with a 1/2.8-inch CMOS image sensor, delivering 4K resolution at 50/60, along with a 20x optical zoom lens.

On the lower left and right sides, you’ll find red and green tally light, while the center area houses the infrared receiver for the remote control.

The lens offers a horizontal field of view of 60 degrees. The pan range reaches up to 340 degrees left to right, and the tilt range goes from +90 degrees to -20 degrees.

Moving to the rear panel, the video outputs include one 3G-SDI and one 4K HDMI.

For control, there are three RJ45 ports, which can be used with Datavideo’s RMC-180 MKII and RMC-300A camera controllers. These connections also support DVIP, NDI, and PoE power delivery.

The remaining connectors include a 3.5 mm Line In audio input and a DC In power input.
