In this course, we will construct a video conferencing scenario controlled by a single individual, catering to both in-person and online attendees simultaneously. The course will guide you through the step-by-step process of setting up the working environment.

1. Hardware Connections

This section focuses on arranging the hardware connections of the system, detailing the types of signals various cables can transmit and the flow direction of signals.


2. Software Settings

This section introduces the software settings for the Datavideo equipment. The core devices in this example are the iCAST mini and the PTC camera. Completing the software connection settings between the two devices is a crucial step in the overall setup.


3. Troubleshooting

This section covers potential errors and troubleshooting steps, addressing issues related to the 'normalcy of video input and output,' 'control of PTC-285,' and 'normalcy of audio input and output.'


4. Equipment Operation

This section provides basic operational knowledge for the devices used in this example. It serves as a simplified version of individual device tutorial videos.
