Decode Videos from Datavideo Encoders, Youtube Live, UStream, and Other Major CDNs

Datavideo NVD-40 is an H.264/H.265 4K IP video decoder with HDMI, composite video, and analog audio outputs. The NVD-40 can decode all common streaming protocols such as SRT, RTSP, RTMP, HLS, and MPEG-TS, and output video at resolutions up to 4096x2160p.

NVD-40 can also directly decode video streams from many live platforms such as YouTube Live, Dailymotion, and Livestream. The NVD-40 allows you to create 4K point-to-point connections via Ethernet, Wi-Fi, or the public Internet.

 

Simultaneous Outputs

Connect your NVD-40 to multiple devices in your workflow for flexibility. All the outputs are active at the same time. Datavideo NVD-40 is an H.264 4K IP video decoder with HDMI, composite video, and analog audio outputs. The RCA stereo supports a line-level analog audio.

 

Decodes All Common Streaming Protocols

The NVD-40 can decode all common streaming protocols such as SRT, RTSP, RTMP, HLS, and MPEG-TS. NVD-40 can also directly decode video streams from many live platforms such as YouTube Live, Dailymotion, and Livestream.

 

Output High Quality Video at 2160p 50/60 FPS

The NVD-40 IP video decoder supports HDMI and composite video output with resolutions up to 3840x2160p at 50/60 FPS and 4096x2160p at 30 FPS. RCA audio output is also supported.

 

Easily Connect Encoders to Decoders with dvCloud

The NVD-40 Decoder is seamlessly compatible with our dvCloud live streaming platform. When connected to dvCloud, you can remotely control the decoder from anywhere in the world.

  • Connect encoders to decoders anywhere in the world without firewall configuration.
  • Connect encoders to decoders with a single click, no need to copy stream URLs or IP addresses.
  • Connect multiple decoders to a single encoder without putting extra load on the internet connection at the encoder side. The video encoder sends a single stream to the cloud, and the cloud distributes it to the multiple decoders via its high-speed connection to the internet backbone.
  • Remotely monitor and control all connected decoders from a single dashboard.
  • Detailed statistics allow you to ensure that every frame makes it all the way from encoder to decoder.
