The Cap two A is a plug-and-play HDMI to USB type C capture device.
On the input side, the HDMI input supports resolutions as shown on the screen. The HDMI input indicator light displays three colors: blue indicates no input signal, green indicates the signal source is not HDCP protected, and red indicates the signal source contains HDCP.
The DIP Switch provides two functions: enable or disable PPT mode, and displaying the input resolution. Detailed operation will be explained latter. In addition, there is a 3.5mm external audio input.
On the output side, the device provides one USB type C output, which also serves as the power supply. The supported resolutions are as shown on the screen. The indicator light have three colors, representing the different USB port specifications supported by the computer.
There is also an HDMI Loop Out, and the audio output level can be adjusted with three options: +6dB, keep unchanged, and -6dB.
Regarding the DIP Switch, If the HDMI input is from a Mac computer, the HDMI in indicator will display red and the UVC Out will not work. In this case, set Switch 1 to the upward position, the HDMI in indicator will turn green, and the UVC Out will function properly.
Switch 2, when toggled it downward, then powered on the Cap two A, the HDMI Loop Out resolution will shown on the display at the top left corner.
